Explain the process and system concepts, as well as their management.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Manager of all levels, process owners, and managers responsible for the implementation or the maintenance of a management system.

OUTLINE
Using an easy example, the presenter explains the concepts of effectiveness and efficiency of processes, irrelevant of the standard used. He covers management systems as different entities, and also speaks about integrated management.
