OBJECTIVES
Provide employees with an awareness of the concepts and requirements associated with an effective quality management system.
The course contents are adapted to any quality system standard, such as ISO 9001 and derived sectorial standards, ISO/IEC 17025, as well as the GMPs used in regulated sectors.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This training is beneficial for all employees of any organization, from any sector.

PREREQUISITE
None.

OUTLINE
An essential component of a successful quality effort is the active contribution of your employees. This can be obtained only if the employees understand why such an effort is deployed, and what is the essence of good quality management.

In a very relaxed atmosphere, this interactive session enhances understanding and, most important the retention of fundamental quality concepts.

After this session, employees will understand

  • the importance of streamlined interrelations between departments or units of the organization.

    DURATION
