OBJECTIVES
This 2-day course on internal auditing has an objective to provide participants with the knowledge and techniques necessary for successful internal audits of a laboratory quality management system (ISO 17025), in accordance with ISO 19011.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Personnel doing internal quality audits. The person responsible for defining, implementing or managing the internal audit program should attend the 5-day "Auditor training course".
PREREQUISITE
A good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 is needed for an effective transfer of knowledge and abilities.
If participants need to improve their knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, we can add one day to the course.

Combined with the appropriate academic or professional qualification, this training course will enable you to efficiently and competently perform internal audits.
OVERVIEW
This course will give you an understanding of the steps of an audit, from preparation to follow-up. You will get your feet wet in practical workshops on human interrelations in internal audits. You will have the opportunity to share with experienced auditors and with other participants.
You will prepare and live a real audit at your site, from prepared list of questions developed within your team during the session. You will present your results during a live meeting with the management of audited sectors. The supplemental workshops will help you further understand the steps of an audit, from preparation to follow-up of corrective actions.
You can write an exam free of charge, covering the audit techniques. A certificate of success will be issued, as applicable.
