Management system
The Process approach and the System approach to management are two Quality Management Principles that have strongly influenced the contents and the structure of the ISO 9000 standards. The ISO 9001standard requires the description of the interaction between the processes of the quality management system, and it also requires documenting the procedure for some processes.
OBJECTIVES
The purpose of this course is to train participants in identifying, sequencing and inter-relating the business processes using a mapping, and to experiment methods for documenting the processes where needed.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This course has been designed for any person involved in the identification and the documentation of quality management processes.
