Advanced Product Quality Planning
[APQP]
The use of this technique brings the project approach to ensuring good planning and good management of the different internal resources of product-related processes with a view to achieve the quality of product realization.
The APQP is closely related to the requirements for quality planning and design stated in ISO/TS 16949. This technique is also compatible with the requirements of other sector-specific standards, which are based on ISO 9001. It is relevant to all of the activities performed by an organization.
