Various surveys have shown that the success or failure in the implementation of a Quality Management System is a result of Top Management commitment, or lack of such.
With the Year 2000 Edition, this is particularly true as the standard requires active participation from Top Management.
OBJECTIVES
This course has for objective to present the key features in the Year 2000/2008 Edition of the ISO 9000 Standards.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This course is intended for upper and middle managers of an organization interested in the requirements of the new edition of the ISO 9000 standards, as it pertains to their role and responsibilities.
