OBJECTIVES
This course aims at providing a basic knowledge of the various contamination sources, and on the sterilization processes used in the medical devices industry, as well as in other fields.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Auditors with little knowledge of sterilization processes, having to audit a Quality Management System that includes sterilization processes.
PREREQUISITE
Although this course is intended for registrar auditors, there is no pre-requisite.
OVERVIEW
The course will explain topics such as:
Sterility Assurance Levels
D-value, z-value and Fo-value
Heat-sterilization, radiation and EtO, as well as aseptic methods
