General Manager of Accademia Qualitas, he has worked for 8 years in the public education sector, and has since been in quality assurance and in quality management for more than 30 years. As a certified Lead Auditor, he has done many quality management system audits.
He actively contributes to the Canadian Advisory Committee to ISO/TC 176, to the Canadian Advisory Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility and to the Canadian Advisory Committee on Risk Management. He is a member of the Canadian delegation to the Working Group on Social Responsibility (ISO 26000).
Author of "Internal Quality Auditing" published by ASQ Press, and co-author of "The ISO 9000 Essentials" and of "The ISO 13485 Essentials" published by CSA International.
