Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, of the American Society for Quality and of the Mouvement québécois de la qualité, she has a certificate in Quality Management from ÉTS; she has worked in the manufacturing industry since 1989 and in quality management and in quality assurance since 1993.
Having worked in the military and pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the automotive industry, she has several years of experience in quality management system implementation (ISO 9001, QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949) as well as in continuous improvement.
Ms Blain is president of a consulting firm in quality management system, with a mission to implement the adequate tools, ensuring that the quality management system will add value to the business, using a factual, organized approach that is adapted to the customer needs.
