How to register
We recommend that you register using the form on this web site. You can also print the registration form, fill it and send it by fax at (514) 221-3651.

Payment
Payment for public course offerings is due upon invoicing. Course registration is not official until payment is received. Payment can be done by cheque or with a credit card.

Registration change policy
To receive a full refund, you must cancel your course registration at least 15 calendar days prior to the start date of the course. If you cancel between 15 and 8 calendar days before the session, you will receive a 75% refund of the course fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested less than 8 calendar days of the session start date.

You may also contact us up to 15 calendar days prior to the session and make arrangements to transfer to another session. When a transfer request is made, a new session date must be provided. No transfer requests will be allowed less than 15 calendar days of the session start date.

Substitutions are accepted at any time.
In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled, the customer has the option of a full refund or transfer to an alternative available session.

Notice
ACCADEMIA QUALITAS may cancel or re-schedule a session, change instructor, or re-arrange the contents of a course to adapt to the marketplace. ACCADEMIA QUALITAS cannot take responsibility for any penalty arising from cancelled travel arrangements.

In-house
All courses can be customized and presented in-house. When requested, ACCADEMIA QUALITAS will make a formal proposal defining the related costs and conditions.
