Course description
When implementing and maintaining a quality management system based on standards such as IATF 16949:2016 or AS 9100D, five tools - APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP - are essential for companies wishing to ensure the performance of their key processes. Developed by the AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) and the VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie), these tools are applicable to companies in all industrial sectors. Workshops with participants during the training course enable them to familiarize themselves with these tools.
