Product Quality Planning, well known by its acronym APQP for "Advanced Product Quality Planning", is a technique which aims to ensure good planning and management of the various internal resources as a "project" to ensure the realization of customer-satisfying products.
The planning steps presented here reduce the complexity of the process and provide a means of communicating quality requirements more effectively as part of production planning.
Developed by the AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group), and in line with the requirements of AS9100D or IATF 16949:2016, against the backdrop of ISO 9001, APQP is relevant to all company activities.
The course is relevant to all organizations, regardless of the management system standards used.

No prerequisites, but a general knowledge of the requirements of IATF 16949, AS9100, or other industry standards, or even ISO 9001, is recommended.
