Course description
The Lean philosophy aims to improve productivity by reducing waste, while the Six Sigma methodology improves quality by reducing variations. Taken together, Lean Six Sigma is a powerful tool for optimizing a company's processes and thus better meeting requirements. The success of this approach relies on the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team that is asked to implement an improvement project. This training allows you to discover the strengths of this approach and determine in what circumstances it will be beneficial.
Target clientele
The Lean Six Sigma white belt course is aimed at managers of all levels or anyone interested in continuous improvement.
Course objective
Following this training, participants will be able to:

- The foundations of Six Sigma;
- Introduction to the DMAIC method:
