Measurement system analysis

As part of the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system based on IATF 16949:2016 or AS9100D, the analysis of measurement systems is one of the essential quality tools for ensuring operational control of processes.

Among the various methods presented in the latest AIAG reference manual MSA (Measurement System Analysis), bias, stability, linearity and the study of Repeatability and Reproducibility of measurement systems are the focus of this training course.

Based on the approach and forms referred to in the AIAG MSA manual, this one-day training course will enable participants to familiarize themselves with the concept of variation through practical exercises. Participants will be able to specifically implement an R&R study in their company and interpret the results in order to make the necessary improvements.
