Product Quality Planning, well known by its acronym APQP for “Advanced Product Quality Planning”, is a technique which aims to ensure good planning and management of the various internal resources as a “project” to ensure the realization of customer-satisfying products.
The planning steps presented here reduce the complexity of the process and provide a means of communicating quality requirements more effectively as part of production planning.
