Understanding ISO 9001 : 2015

Adopted as a national standard by most countries, it is also the choice of over a million companies for their quality management systems. A major component of procurement strategies in many industrial sectors, it is also associated with product certification programs or part of regulations. The ISO 9000 family of standards represents a broad international consensus. First published in 1987 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ISO 9001 has since evolved through 4 revisions. This course presents the latest edition of ISO 9001, published at the end of 2015.

Target clientele

This course is aimed primarily at supervisory staff and, more generally, all staff who want to discover and understand the standard, or staff who, although already somewhat familiar with the standard, nevertheless want to refresh their understanding of the requirements, particularly in the light of the recent new edition of the standard.

The course is relevant regardless of the size and nature of the organization’s activities.

The aim of this course is for participants to develop a good understanding of each of the clauses of ISO 9001:2015, how they are interrelated to create a dynamic quality management system that contributes to the achievement of the organization’s quality objectives in line with its strategic objectives.
