This course is designed to introduce you to the fundamental principles of Lean, a management philosophy focused on continuous improvement and the elimination of waste in all organizational processes.
It provides the tools and skills you need to understand and apply Lean principles in your daily work environment. As a participant in this course, you will be guided through key concepts such as value added, value stream, and problem-solving techniques, all with the aim of optimizing processes and increasing operational efficiency.
At the end of this course, you will not only be able to recognize opportunities for improvement in your area of activity, but also to actively participate in Lean improvement projects, bringing significant added value to your organization.
This course is designed to be accessible and useful to a wide range of roles within an organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the business.
There are no prerequisites for this course.

An assessment in the form of a multiple-choice questionnaire is carried out at the end of the course, enabling comprehension to be validated and an official certificate to be obtained.
