About us

Who are we ?

Accademia Qualitas is an accredited training organization focusing on women’s leadership
to help companies improve their performance through information,
awareness, training and support in management systems.

Mission | Vision | Values

Our mission is to support organizations in improving the performance of their management systems by training and coaching the people who are part of them.

Our vision is to be the Canadian reference for efficient, safe and sustainable management systems, and to shine worldwide through information, awareness and support for organizations.

Our values are trust, team spirit and impact.

  • Trust is the basis of quality human exchanges, and is built on transparency and integrity. At Accademia Qualitas, trust is mutual: we trust our employees, partners, suppliers and customers, and we act in such a way that they trust us. One way of gaining the trust of others is to be transparent.
  • Team spirit is underpinned by the desire to develop every employee, and this extends to our partners and customers. At Accademia Qualitas, we know that alone we go faster, but together we go further. The strength of our team, whether employees or partners, lies in our diversity of skills.
  • Impact is measured by the added value our actions bring to our customers and partners. These actions can take the form of training, sharing content or expertise. We know that every little gesture counts, because they add up and end up making a difference, like the hummingbird that brings a thimbleful of water to put out a fire.
