This agenda is based on 17 universal goals, designed to address the major social, economic, and environmental challenges facing our planet.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All heads of state and government adopted this resolution, committing to achieve these goals in accordance with their national context and sovereignty. These goals are also consistent with the ISO 26000 standard on social responsibility.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizations of all types\u2014institutions, businesses, industries\u2014have an essential role to play in this process. Their involvement is often motivated by internal or external pressures: employees, customers, investors, parent companies, or contractual requirements. To engage effectively, it is crucial that they first understand the concept of sustainable development and the UN's goals and then translate this commitment into concrete actions. Without this, their credibility may be compromised.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But what is sustainable development? How can the UN's goals be integrated into a business model without weighing down operations? What benefits can an organization derive from this approach?
