Accademia Qualitas is an accredited training organization founded in 1990 by Denis Pronovost and Pierre Caillibot, who wanted to bring together skilled instructors who were passionate about effective management systems.
Today, Accademia Qualitas provides training on a wide range of standards and references, and offers support services to meet the current needs of businesses.

Our history

1990

Founded in 1990 by Pierre Caillibot and Denis Pronovost, the Accademia Qualitas Center was born from a simple but ambitious vision: to create a network of trainers dedicated to improving organizational performance. Through information, awareness, and training in management systems, the two co-founders laid the foundations for a company deeply committed to quality. 

1990

The company's history was marked by a difficult turning point in 2015: the sudden death of Denis Pronovost, which occurred one month before Pierre Caillibot's planned retirement.

That same year, the revision of the ISO 9001 standard required exceptional mobilization. Despite his fragile health, Mr. Caillibot extended his commitment, supported by his daughter, to meet customer needs and update training content.

He remained active until 2018, gradually reducing his activities until taking an almost complete break in 2021.

2015

In 2022, the company gained new momentum under the leadership of Marie-Claude Turcotte. With her recognized expertise and keen interest in the sector, she was chosen by the surviving co-founder to ensure the company’s continuity. This passing of the torch led to a rapid and profound transformation.

Driven by values of trust, teamwork, and value creation, Ms. Turcotte initiated a digital shift, integrating modern collaborative tools such as SharePoint. The service offering was enhanced with a specialized support component designed to respond to new market challenges in quality management and sustainable development. 

Today

Today, Accademia Qualitas continues its mission with passion and agility, staying true to its roots while looking resolutely toward the future.

Marie-Claude Turcotte, B. Éd, MBA

Marie-Claude Turcotte has been working in quality management since 1999. During her career, she has assisted several companies with the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS13100 standards.  

Eager to learn, Ms. Turcotte has never really left the classroom. She holds a certificate in management and quality assurance from the École de Technologie Supérieure. This training includes courses on ISO 9001, the history of quality around the world, and quality tools. In 2003, she obtained a bachelor's degree in education by accumulating certificates, one of which is for workplace trainers. Ms. Turcotte is thus qualified to both design and deliver training courses for adults. The current president of Accademia Qualitas obtained a master's degree in business administration in 2023, improving her understanding of business management issues.  

Her dynamic personality and remarkable analytical skills allow him to effectively support you in optimizing the performance of your organization.

Caroline Chamberland has worked in quality and continuous improvement since 2008. She has worked in the pharmaceutical research, manufacturing, and automotive/electric heavy vehicle industries, adhering to both pharmaceutical and ISO standards. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology and a Master's degree in Physiology, Ms. Chamberland entered the workforce as an auditor but quickly moved into quality control and continuous improvement to drive change and be where her leadership and actions bring about direct and tangible results within her organization.

In 2012, she completed an MBA in Science and Engineering, where she acquired business management skills that opened the doors to several executive committees. Over the years, her desire for a more sustainable lifestyle led her to the circular economy, her new passion. In 2023, she began participating in the drafting of these international ISO standards. Since 2022, she has been working on training and implementing circular economy, sustainable development, and environmental management systems in various companies. In 2024, she completed her university microprogram in environment. With her leadership and energy, Ms. Chamberland will be able to help you exceed your goals. 

Véronique Patry MBA, Adm.A. - Consultant and Trainer

Holding a Master of Business Administration and a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Administrators, Véronique Patry MBA, Adm.A., is a strong advocate for best management practices, including continuous improvement. With diverse work experience training and supporting SMEs as well as large national and international companies in process implementation and training delivery, she champions excellence and best management practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of businesses and the individuals within them.

Adm.A. administrators are chosen for their commitment to acting in accordance with the highest standards of practice, being subject to a code of ethics that governs their conduct, and complying with a mandatory continuing education program that ensures their knowledge and skills remain up to date.

Her dynamism, analytical skills, and desire to implement best practices will contribute to the success of her coaching and training as part of a continuous improvement process.

Maxime Laliberté, MBA, CRSP - Adviser and instructor

Maxime Laliberté has over 25 years of experience in occupational health & safety, and operational risk management. Throughout his career, he has supported numerous organizations in optimizing their management systems, improving operational performance, and reducing risks in complex environments. A certified ISO Lead Auditor (9001, 14001, 45001, and 22301) and MBA graduate specialized in innovation and change, he is known for a practical, field-oriented approach focused on simplifying processes while strengthening what truly protects operations. His ability to connect compliance, performance, and financial outcomes allows him to effectively support organizations in achieving a sustainable balance between safety, efficiency, and profitability.
